GENERAL

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained in our site, prices, availability and specifications can change without notice (due mainly to editions selling out). At richardhume.com we want you to be happy with your purchase(s) and would urge you to contact us should there be any aspect of the purchase about which you are unsure.

We respect your privacy so will retain your details to process your orders but will not divulge this information to any third party.

All products are priced in New Zealand dollars. Freight is added at checkout as per your country.

Ordering & Despatch.

It is our intention to offer you the highest quality products and provide a first class service. When you place your order you will receive an automatically generated receipt e-mail. We will also e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and expected delivery date. This email does not constitute a contract between us, and Richard Hume Photography may withdraw the offer to supply at any time prior to despatch.

We will need your name, email address, delivery address, daytime contact telephone number and any other details useful in the event of needing to contact you urgently – particularly useful for our carriers. Please be aware that whilst it is necessary to make this information available to our delivery companies, we do not share this information with any other companies at any time.

Please allow two weeks for production and a further week for delivery of all Limited Edition Prints from time of purchase. All other products are dispatched upon receipt of the order.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase however if you are unhappy with your item(s) please contact us and we resolve to fix any problem immediately.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances once an order has been produced and shipped cancellations will incur a fee up to 100% of payments made.
