Our itineraries get us to the big locations as well as much less well known gems that are off ‘the beaten track’. We cover an amazing variety of natural scenery including the best lush forests, rugged rivers, majestic waterfalls, beautiful mountains, fiords and coastlines.
Photo Journeys – New Zealand Photo Workshops / Tours
I operate Photo Journeys which is all about capturing beautiful photography in some of the most spectacular scenery throughout New Zealand. Moreover we have amazing photo tours & workshops designed around decades of experience shooting throughout New Zealand. Our goal is simple – be at the right place, at the right time with the right knowledge to capture stunning images and have an amazing experience along the way.
Importantly we purposefully allow for flexibility in our schedule. Especially to adapt quickly for changing weather conditions and dramatic light. We have learnt that sometimes the best photographs are captured when you ‘follow the light’. This all combines for an amazing experience that will stay with you a long time.
Additionally along the way we take the time to review the photographs we have taken. We have dedicated sessions designed to build upon the skills you are learning. We also learn the capabilities of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. These programs equip you with the essential post-production skills needed to transform your photographs into stunning prints.
