A Limited Edition Print is the culmination of an exacting process perfected over many years and designed with the single aim of producing the most stunning photographic artworks available.
This process includes incredibly high-resolution image capture utilising some of the world’s best camera systems. Then I complete a post-production process where every single millimeter of the photograph as a huge-raw file is inspected to ensure what is presented in print output is what I saw while taking the photograph. Finally I am committed to only ever using the world’s finest archival, museum grade fine-art printing and framing standards to create truly outstanding art-works.
The outcome is an exceptional artwork that will complete your living space and last through generations.
I produce every Limited Edition Print personally to my own exacting standards. Additionally each print is produced individually to order and strictly limited to its edition size – when a print series is sold out no additional print will ever be produced.
Only when I am completely satisfied do I personally sign and number an individual print. The print is then registered and a Certificate of Authenticity issued which is recorded in my print database.
I source only the world’s highest grade archival print mediums, inks and finishing’s for my Limited Edition Prints.
To this end I print on White Ultra Smooth Photo Rag. This is a 100% cotton, 305 gsm material that is simply stunning and accentuates my rich images beautifully. Each image is presented with a 5cm white border around the image where I sign and number the print on the lower right-hand side.
For my canvas prints I use the world’s best archival canvas medium. My canvas prints are then stretched around a 1-inch wide wooden frame which provides a stunning frame-less look. However for an extremely contemporary look many of my clients finish their stretched canvas off with my ‘framed canvas’ option creating a stunning visual effect.
Both these photo rag and canvas materials have been chosen for their recognised high image quality, enhanced exposure suitability and rich textual quality. To get the very best from these mediums my artworks are printed with Epson UltraChrome pigment based inks.
Once I am completely happy with the print I apply three coats of a specialized UV spray which provides additional UV protection and a barrier from the elements (certified by the Wilhelm Imaging Research Centre).
Also for those wanting a super glossy look I have printed on FujiFlex for many years. This stunning media looks amazing framed or acrylic face-mounted.
If purchasing a unframed print it is highly recommended that after initial inspection you do not overly handle your print until you are ready to have it framed. This is to avoid any chance of smearing or otherwise damaging the print.
Each print is available either framed or unframed for New Zealand based customers and unframed for international customers.
Unframed prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent rolled in a sturdy tube where they can remain until ready for framing locally – I provide full framing instructions with each limited edition print and are available to guide you through this process.
Due to the considerable packaging requirements of framed prints international orders are sent unframed. If international customers would prefer fully framed delivery then please contact me for international freight cost.
The full framing service I provide allows customers to receive their print ready to hang directly on the wall and enjoy. With such a huge variety of framing and mounting options available I offer a personalised consultation service to tailor the framed print with your decor.
As part of my consultation service the size of the print is variable depending on the wall space where the print is being produced for. I often produce prints which are substantially larger in size which create a stunning finish to any space.
Upon completion framed prints are packaged expertly and delivered anywhere in New Zealand ready to hang directly on your wall.

I have many years’ experience working closely with clients to find the perfect solution for their space.
This consultation process can either be in your home or office or often it is a service carried out remotely. This often means creating a unique print size or providing specialist framing options to suit clients individual décor.
Sometimes a traditional frame is the best solution to highlight the image and complement the existing decor. However other-times a stunning handmade frame is the best solution, or no frame at all with acrylic face-mount or perhaps a beautiful stretched and framed canvas is the solution.
A very elegant finishing for stretched canvas prints can be my contemporary ‘framed canvas’ option which creates a stunning visual effect.
With so many options available the purpose is to guide you through the process of finding the perfect art-piece and finishing for your space.
